The tutorial was very easy to follow. Also liked the video step by step easy to follow.
The only comment I would make is that the directions woiuld be easier to follow if inside and outside patterns were solid colors but shaded to provide contrast and the stitching was in a darker color. I could figure it out but I am experienced. For newbies, that would be easier to folllow. Otherwise, the pattern works great, once you learn it, slippers take 30 minutes to make and I'm getting RAVE reviews. Having a lot of fun making them with different coordinating fabrics.
The slippers turned out great. I can't say they were easy to make and I started with the newborn size which were smaller and hard to navigate on my machine, but the end product was fine. I would recommend that you make sure to buy pima cotton. I just got plain cotton fabric with a looser weave and on those close 1/4" seams, there was some fraying. Also, I bought a quilting cotton for the lining and it was almost too heavy. Find something a bit lighter for ease in handling. Important to keep all your edges even-all three layers.
Pattern was easy to download. Instructions were clear and there are several videos on instagram to check as well. Have made two pairs already which worked out well and there will be many more.
I think the pattern itself is great, but the written instructions were sometimes unclear. That said, after I had made the first shoe it was fine.
Also, in the cutting instructions it states, ‘cut 2 pairs’ of each fabric (that’s 4 pieces) whereas you need 2 pieces (1 pair) of each fabric for 2 shoes.
Just love these sweet little slippers/shoes. Little bit fiddly at the end but well worth it. Finished my first pair in about 2 hours but I’m sure the next will be quicker.

The pattern and directions were easy to follow. Also, the tutorial on the IG page was excellent. I made the smallest pair first as a trial. I should have started with the larger pair. I made mistakes but learned a lot. My next pair should be easier and have better results.
