Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

Digital PDF Sewing Patterns

Vasenia PDF sewing patterns are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

After successful payment, your download link will be available on the order confirmation page and/or sent by email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping charges do not apply to digital-only orders.

Ready-Made Handmade Items

Ready-made handmade items are physical products and will ship to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Each ready-made item listing will show the exact size, quantity, and item details. Most ready-made items are one-of-one or very limited quantity.

United States Shipping

Ready-made items ship free within the United States by USPS Ground Advantage, with no minimum purchase required.

International Shipping & Import Charges

We ship ready-made items from the United States to supported international destinations. Available shipping services, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

For orders shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are prepaid through our international checkout. No additional import payment should be required on delivery. If a carrier requests an additional import payment for a DDP shipment, please contact shop@vasenia.com promptly with your order number and the payment request so we can investigate.

Some destinations or shipping services do not support prepaid duties. For these shipments, import duties, taxes, and carrier clearance fees may be collected before or at delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. Prepaid duties are not available for every destination or shipping service.

Eligible international orders are processed by Global-e as the merchant of record, as identified at checkout. The applicable Global-e terms are linked there. You can continue to contact Vasenia at shop@vasenia.com for help with your order.

Processing Time

Ready-made physical items usually ship within 3–5 business days unless a different processing time is stated in the product listing.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our processing time and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary because of customs clearance, local delivery conditions, or carrier delays. Please contact us if a shipment is delayed so we can help investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory delivery or refund rights.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both a digital PDF pattern and a ready-made physical item, the PDF pattern will be delivered digitally, and the physical item will ship separately. Shipping is charged only for physical items.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping cost.

Shipping Delays or Fulfillment Issues

If we are unable to ship your physical order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated timeframe or other options as required by applicable law.
