Make reversible slippers and tie-up booties in your favorite coordinating fabrics. Both projects include clear photo instructions in English, with a step-by-step video tutorial for each design.

Sizes & materials

All six sizes are included in each pattern. Choose using the measurements in the PDFs; age ranges are a guide.

Use woven cotton for the outside and lining, with batting for a soft finish. Slippers use elastic; Booties use fabric ties.

Each PDF lists its own fabric, supplies and sewing instructions. Check the details for the pair you plan to make.

  1. Use US Letter or A4 paper, following the instructions in each PDF.
  2. Print at 100% / Actual Size with Fit and Shrink turned off.
  3. Measure the test square before printing the rest of the pattern pages and cutting.
Questions & answers

Do I need to choose a size at checkout?

No. Both patterns include all six sizes, so you can make another pair as your baby grows.

What is the difference between the two designs?

Slippers have an elastic opening and a reversible design. Booties have a soft lining and adjustable fabric ties.

What if I need help?

Sew along with the Booties video tutorial or the Slippers video tutorial. You can pause and replay each step. For more help, email shop@vasenia.com with the project name, size and step number. A photo can help us guide you.

I love your booties and slippers patterns. Great directions and easy to follow. With regard to the bloomers pattern (haven’t yet purchased), would there be any issues with excluding the skirt so that the pattern is adaptable for boys?
