Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

Digital PDF Sewing Patterns

Vasenia PDF sewing patterns are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

After successful payment, your download link will be available on the order confirmation page and/or sent by email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping charges do not apply to digital-only orders.

Ready-Made Handmade Items

Ready-made handmade items are physical products and will ship to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Each ready-made item listing will show the exact size, quantity, and item details. Most ready-made items are one-of-one or very limited quantity.

Processing Time

Ready-made physical items usually ship within 3–5 business days unless a different processing time is stated in the product listing.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Vasenia is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both a digital PDF pattern and a ready-made physical item, the PDF pattern will be delivered digitally, and the physical item will ship separately. Shipping is charged only for physical items.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping cost.

Shipping Delays or Fulfillment Issues

If we are unable to ship your physical order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated timeframe or other options as required by applicable law.
