All sales are final.

Vasenia sells two types of products: digital PDF sewing patterns and occasional ready-made handmade items.

Digital PDF Sewing Patterns

Our sewing patterns are digital PDF files delivered by download link after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for digital PDF products once the order is placed and/or the file has been delivered. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Ready-Made Handmade Items

From time to time, Vasenia may offer finished handmade items created for tutorials, photos, videos, or sample making. These items are sold as ready-made, limited-quantity pieces in the exact size, fabric, and condition shown in the listing. They are not made-to-order.

All ready-made handmade items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, color/fabric variations, or buyer’s remorse.

Please check all photos, size information, and measurements before purchasing.

Issues With Your Order

Please inspect any physical item when it arrives. If you received the wrong item, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

For digital products, please contact us if your download link does not work or if you have trouble accessing your file.

When there is an order issue, we may help by providing access to the correct digital file, correcting the issue, replacing the item when possible, or offering another remedy when required by applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vasenia is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if you need information for a carrier claim.

Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
