Return & Refund Policy

Ready-Made Items — United States

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit or color preferences. Please check the measurements and photos before ordering.

Problems with damaged, incorrect, or faulty items are handled separately under the section below.

Ready-Made Items — United Kingdom & European Union

You may return ready-made items if you change your mind. Our ready-made pieces are finished items, not custom-made orders.

1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing shop@vasenia.com. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts when the last item arrives. No reason is required, and cancellation does not require our approval.
2. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for the correct return address and instructions.
3. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We refund the amounts paid for the returned goods to your original payment method, without a refund fee. For a full-order cancellation, we also refund the original delivery charge up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. The extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refunded.

Refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them or you provide proof of return, whichever happens first.

Ready-Made Items — Other Destinations

We accept change-of-mind returns only where local consumer law requires them. Contact shop@vasenia.com for the return process applicable to your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items — All Destinations

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, email shop@vasenia.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful where available. We will provide the remedy required by law and cover necessary return costs. There is no three-day reporting deadline that limits your consumer rights.

Digital PDF Sewing Patterns

PDF patterns are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges after files have been delivered. If your files are missing or do not work, contact shop@vasenia.com for help.

For UK and EU consumers, delivery alone does not remove the statutory right to cancel a digital purchase. That right ends only when supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose the right to cancel.

Missing Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and shop@vasenia.com so we can help investigate.

Your Consumer Rights

Mandatory consumer rights apply to every purchase, including digital products. Nothing in this policy removes those rights. Where the law provides greater protection, the law applies.
