Digital PDF Sewing Patterns

Vasenia PDF sewing patterns are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

After successful payment, your download link will be available on the order confirmation page and/or sent by email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping charges do not apply to digital-only orders.

Ready-Made Handmade Items

Ready-made handmade items ship only within the United States. We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all physical orders, with no minimum purchase required. International shipping is not available for physical items. Digital PDF patterns remain available to international customers.

Each ready-made item listing will show the exact size, quantity, and item details. Most ready-made items are one-of-one or very limited quantity.

Processing Time

Ready-made physical items usually ship within 3–5 business days unless a different processing time is stated in the product listing.

Delivery Estimates

USPS Ground Advantage delivery is typically estimated at 2–5 days after shipment. Delivery may take longer to Alaska, Hawaii, and some other destinations. Delivery estimates do not include processing time and are not guaranteed.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both a digital PDF pattern and a ready-made physical item, the PDF pattern will be delivered digitally, and the physical item will ship separately. Physical items ship free to U.S. addresses only. Customers outside the United States can purchase digital PDF patterns separately.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping cost.

Shipping Delays or Fulfillment Issues

If we are unable to ship your physical order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated timeframe or other options as required by applicable law.
